Kids from a primary school in the southern Serbian town Medveđa invited earlier this week their Japanese peers to come and stay with them.

“Your country gave selfless assistance to our school through a donation that provided us with better conditions. We will never forget that,” wrote the children of the Gornja Jablanica school to the Japanese ambassador.

They stated they can’t offer financial assistance. “We offer our… homes and souls for the children of Japan who we are ready to share with everything we have.”

Great stuff.
